Kalona SuperNatural® Organic Raw Milk Spring Frolic is from grass-fed cows on small family farms that restore the environment. Spring Frolic is cultured for a minimum of 60 days. During aging, the natural cultures and lactic acid reduce unsafe bacteria to an acceptable level. This makes raw cheese safe to eat. We take an additional step to verify through lab testing that no unsafe bacteria are present in the cheese before shipping to the retailer. Made to share with the people you love.
